Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Cabbage, Easy

1 head cabbage, sliced
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup carrots, julienne cut
1 tbsp salt
6 chicken breast, boneless
1 tsp pepper, ground
3 tbsp margarine
1 tsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Cabbage, Easy

  1. In a pan melt 1 tbsp of butter slice chicken breasts to 1/2 " thick strips. On medium heat cook chicken until its white and all pink is gone, set aside and drain.

  2. Slice into 1/2 thick ribbons the head of cabbage, and cook with mushrooms, carrots and 1 tbsp of margarine.

  3. Combine all ingredients, cover and cook for 15 minutes stirring as needed.

  4. Serve and salt and pepper to taste.
