Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Cabbage and Apples

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts,
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, sliced
2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Cabbage and Apples

  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Place cabbage in bottom of a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.

  3. Top with onions, chicken and apples.

  4. Combine soy sauce, and pepper flakes.

  5. Spoon over chicken and vegetables.

  6. Cover and cook on LOW about 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
