2 tbsp(29 g) Ranch Dressing

Recipe Directions for Chicken Burrito

Bake Chicken Breast in oven for 45 minutes, prepare spanish rice on stove top like instructions on box, add pinto beans (let set overnight and boiled for 2 hours) Add cut up chicken breast to rice and bean mixture. Heat griddle, Roll 1/2 cup mixture to whole wheat tortilla and fold ends and set onto griddle. Flip burrito in a couple minutes when they have brown and ends have set.
