Healthy version of the California black bean and chicken burrito.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Burrito

1/2 chicken breast, grilled
1/4 cup white rice, steamed
1/4 cup black beans
1/8 avocado, sliced
1/8 cup cilantro
1 slice tomato, chopped
1 flour tortilla

Recipe Directions for Chicken Burrito

  1. While grilling the chicken steam the rice and heat the beans. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then cut into short, thick strips.

  2. Begin warming the tortilla in a dry pan or over indirect heat. When tortilla is warm and soft, layer all ingredients, and roll into a burrito by rolling once, tucking in sides, and finishing the roll.
