Recipe Ingredients for chicken burrito

1 7/10 lbs chicken breast, meat only
1 red onion
4 hot peppers
1 chili pepper
2 tbs garlic
1 tbs tomato paste
1 tbs vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1 tbs flour
1 tbs cumin
2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs paprika
1 tsp coriander
2 tbs flax seeds
8 flour tortillas
4 oz shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken burrito

  1. mince hot peppers, chop onion, chop chicken and green chili.

  2. saute garlic, onions and peppers in olive oil over medium heat. When onion is translucent, add tomato paste and cook till fond forms in pan. add spices and cook 30 seconds more, stirring constantly.

  3. add chicken and brown, about 8 minutes, then add flour and cook for 1 minute. add water and reduce to medium-low. cook for 20 minutes.

  4. serve on flour tortillas with cheese and hot sauce
