Handy lunchbox filler. Make up a batch of the filling at the start of the week and it only needs 5 minutes in the morning to make a couple of wraps for lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Burrito

1 chicken breast, shredded
2 wraps
1 small onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken Burrito

  1. Chop the onion and place in a pan with the chicken and spices for flavour

  2. Cover with water and boil for 10 minutes

  3. Lower heat and leave to simmer for at least 1 hour

  4. Drain liquid and shred the chicken with a fork

  5. Put half the shredded chicken in each tortillla and roll into a burrito
