4 oz. skinless, chicken breast
1/8 cup salsa
1/4 cup black beans
1/8 cup jalapenos
1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Burrito (Homemade)

  1. grill chicken breast

  2. heat black beans

  3. heat tortilla in microwave for 20 -30 sec

  4. In a non-stick pan, place open tortilla. top with all other ingredients and fold tortilla closed. Grill for 1 -2 minutes on medium heat until heated through and cheese is melted.
