Recipe Ingredients for Chicken burrito filling

9 oz chicken
1 medium pepper
1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup black beans
2 tbsp ranch dressing
4 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken burrito filling

  1. Brown pepper and onion until peppers are soft (but not mushy) and onions are translucent. Remove from heat.

  2. Add a small amount of olive oil to the pan and brown chicken cubes. When the chicken is almost finished cooking, add a taco seasoning pack and a 1/4 cup of water to the pan. Mix well and let thicken.

  3. Mix in salsa, ranch dressing, onions, pepprs and black beans. Cook for 3 minutes.

  4. If desired, fill low-fat tortillas with mixture an top with cheese and avocados.
