Grilled chicken burgers (Cookinglight Recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Burgers

8 slice Country 100% Whole Wheat
1 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
4 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Chicken Burgers

  1. combine capers, shallots, chicken breast in a food process and process until finely ground.

  2. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into 1/2-inch thick patties.

  3. Cook on grill pan 5 min each side.

  4. PLace on a slice of wheat bread. Spread 1 Tbsp mayo and top with tomato. Spread with 1-1/2 tsp dijon mustard.
