Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Burgers

1 lb ground chicken breast
1/4 cup quinoa
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients and add spices of choice

  2. Form into patties

  3. Fry each patty until cooked on each side or bake at 400F for 30 minutes
