Makes 6 servings



ground chicken simply seasoned and shaped into 6 small patties or 3 large ones. Cook without fat in a good non-stick pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Burger

1 small red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
300 g chicken, ground
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1 pinch lemon pepper
1 pinch paprika

Recipe Directions for Chicken Burger

  1. Sautè garlic and onions till just soft but not fully caramelised. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Blitz with a hand blender or chop by hand.

  2. Combine everything, divide into patties and cook on medium heat until cooked through.
