This is a tasty chicken & brown rice soup with great veggies and a little kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Brown Rice Soup

2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
2 leg, bone and skin removed Chicken, Leg, Meat Only
12 medium Carrots, Baby
1 medium raw(110 g) Onion Yellow
5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
10 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup Fancy Sliced Mushrooms
1 pepper Habanero Chile
12 grams Vegetable Base
1 tsp Chicken Base
0.5 tablespoon Rosemary
1 tsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried
1/4 tsp Peppercorns
0.5 tbsp Sage, Ground

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Brown Rice Soup

cook the skinless thighs & legs in 6 cups of water until done. Remove and pull the meat off and shred unto pieces. Take the remaining ingredients cut into bite size pieces and add to the water/chicken mixture. cook on low for several hours to distribute the flavors (the habanero pepper is optional)
