Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Brocolli Shells with Cheese

64 oz Broth Chicken Reduced Sodium
1 large Onions
9 clove Garlic
1/4 cup(4 g) Coriander Leaves
16 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
375 grams Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells
4 cup Broccoli Florets
8 oz Wine, Table, White
10.75 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz 50% Light Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Chicken Brocolli Shells with Cheese

  1. Chop onions, garlic, cilantro and place in slow cooker with broth and wine on high. After 1 hour add the chicken. Cook 4 hours.

  2. Remove Chicken, shred with fork and put aside.

  3. Add shells to the broth and cook 30 minutes.

  4. When shells are tender mix in the broccoli, chicken, cream of chicken soup, and half of the cheese (shredded). Cook another 15 minutes.

  5. Plate and sprinkle more cheese on top. Let sit 10 minutes to cool and allow top cheese to melt.
