Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Brocdoli, & Shiitake Mushroom - PB

1 1/2 pound chicken breast
2 cups shiitake mushrooms
42 9/10 grams Wheat Free Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup peanut butter
340 grams broccoli

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Brocdoli, & Shiitake Mushroom - PB

  1. Chop garlic, slice mushrooms, cut up chicken into 1/4 inch cubes

  2. Heat oil in pan, add garlic, when it begins to sizzle add chicken and cook chicken until opaque

  3. Add mushrooms, cook until stems are softened

  4. Separately, steam broccoli, once cooked add to mixture

  5. Add peanut butter, mix in well

  6. Add soy sauce, mix in well
