Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry in Teriyaki Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Broccoli Teriyaki

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
5 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 cups chicken thigh (skinless, boneless, cubed)
5 cups broccoli florets
3 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup carrots (sliced thin diagonally)
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Broccoli Teriyaki

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in med bowl. stir well. Microwave for two minutes, continue microwaving for about two more minutes till thickened. (whoola teriyaki sauce)

  2. Toss chicken cubes in hot teriyaki sauce and set aside.

  3. Heat large pot or wok on med high. Add oil. Stir fry cauliflower, broccoli & carrots till tender but still crisp about five minutes.

  4. pour chicken and teriyaki sauce over top of vegies, toss well, stirring over med heat for about three more minutes. serve alone or over steamed rice
