Chicken, Broccoli and Ritz in a Creamy Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Broccoli Supreme

1 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Broccoli
35 crackers Crackers
2 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
8 tbsp Light Soft Spread
1 serving Nutiva Organic Chia seed

Recipe Directions for Chicken Broccoli Supreme

  1. Cook meat and put in baking dish

  2. put steamed broccoli on top

  3. Make sauce with milk most of butter and cheese and pour over the top

  4. Crush one sleeve of ritz crackers and mix with rest of melted butter and T of chia seed and put over the top of everything

  5. Bake at 350 until gooey
