Chicken Breasts and broccoli in soy sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Broccoli in Soy Sauce

1 cup broccoli, chopped
18 oz skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, chopped (~3 breasts)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Broccoli in Soy Sauce

  1. In a skillet heat oil and cook chicken over medium heat until "white" on all sides; stir frequently.

  2. Add chopped broccoli and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Drain juice/oil and add soy sauce and fry until broccoli is tender.
