Chicken, Broccoli and Tri-Color Rotini w/a creamy alfredo sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Broccoli Rotini

12 oz Tri-Color Rotini
1 1/4 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 cup Frozen Broccoli
3/4 cup Sour Cream
4 oz Cream Cheese
4 tsp Butter
2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Broccoli Rotini

  1. Cut chicken into strips

  2. Season chicken with salt and garlic

  3. Pan fry chicken strips in 1 tsp olive oil

  4. Cook Rotini as directed on package

  5. Drain water from Rotini

  6. Add cooked chicken

  7. Add all other ingredients

  8. Simmer on low-med for approximately 20-30 min.

  9. Stir frequently

  10. ENJOY!
