Stir-fried chicken and broccoli over white rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Broccoli

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Frozen Broccoli
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 serving Cooking Spray All Varieties
1 serving Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Broccoli

  1. Have portion of rice pre-cooked and on a plate.

  2. Spray small frying pan with 1 second spray of cooking spray.

  3. Turn heat to medium-high and let pan slightly warm.

  4. Put 1 small chicken breast (about 12oz) into pan.

  5. Cook until barely pink in center remove pan from stove.

  6. Place chicken breast on glass or plastic cutting board and cut into 2.5 in wide strips.

  7. Spray pan with cooking spray for 1 second and place chicken back into pan.

  8. Cook until cooked through and add frozen broccoli.

  9. Fry until broccoli is desired tenderness.

  10. Add Soy Sauce and stir to coat.

  11. Use tongs to transfer chicken and broccoli onto the rice.
