Chicken & broccoli & mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Broccoli

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 lb broccoli
2 cloves garlic
8 oz mushrooms
3 T orange marmalade
2 t olive oil
1 t Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Broccoli

  1. Steam broccoli, drain, set aside and keep warm.

  2. Steam mushrooms, drain, set aside and keep warm.

  3. Cut chicken into pieces about 2" wide. Saute in olive oil.

  4. Add chopped garlic and Italian seasoning and cook for another minute, then return mushrooms to the pot.

  5. Add orange marmalade (or duck sauce). Serve with broccoli on top.

  6. Nice served on egg noodles.
