Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Broccoli Parmesan Over Noodles

1 lb. egg noodles
1 lb broccoli
2 1/5 lbs chicken
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/4 cup wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken Broccoli Parmesan Over Noodles

  1. Chop chicken, mushrooms and broccoli into bite size pieces.

  2. Dice onion.

  3. Pour a small amount of oil into a pan.

  4. Saute onion.

  5. When onion is golden brown add chicken.

  6. Saute until cooked through.

  7. Start water for pasta. When water boils add pasta.

  8. Add mushrooms.

  9. Add can of mushroom soup.

  10. Add broccoli.

  11. Add 1/4 cup white wine.

  12. Add 1/4 heavy cream.

  13. Stir.

  14. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes

  15. Place a little bit of oil in a pan.
