Chicken Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Broccoli Cheese Casserole

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
16 oz broccoli
2/3 cup mayonaise
4 oz evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups cream of chicken
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
48 g ritz crackers
8 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken Broccoli Cheese Casserole

  1. Boil the chicken in water until cooked all the way through. Then you can boil the broccoli in the chicken broth until tender. While you?re boiling the chicken/broccoli you can mix up the other ingredients.

  2. Mix the soup, mayo, evap milk, and cheese and set aside. After the chicken cools a little, you?ll need to tear it apart. Just shred it up with a knife and fork or you can cut it up into cubes. After you get the chicken cut up and the broccoli cooked, you add those to the mixture in the bowl. Once it?s mixed, pour the whole mixture in a casserole pan and spread it evenly. Melt the stick of butter in the microwave, mash up the Ritz crackers, and then mix them in the melted butter. Pour over the top of the casserole and bake for 30-35 minutes on 350.
