Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Broccoli Casserole

5 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
50 grams Real Mayonnaise
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
7 grams Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 oz Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned

Recipe Directions for Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  1. Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and line bottom of 9 by 13 casserole dish with broccoli. Put cooked and diced chicken on top.

  2. Combine soup, mayo, cheese, lemon juice, and curry. Pour over chicken. Top with bread crumbs.

  3. Bake in 350 oven until it bubbles (30-40 minutes). Serve with rice.
