Chicken Broccoli Casserole, usually served over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Broccoli Casserole

20 ounces broccoli florets
6 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  1. Boil chicken until done, about half an hour. Cook broccoli until firm; layer on a 13"x9" lightly greased casserole dish. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; arrange on top of broccoli.

  2. Mix soup cans, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Combine and pour over chicken. Over this, spread cheese.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or cheese is melted. Serve over cooked rice.
