Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Broccoli and Brown Rice Casserole

8 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1 []
3 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
4 cup Broccoli
1 medium Onions
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 stalks Celery
1 []
10 3/4 oz Cream of Celery Soup
8.69 oz Creamy Alfredo
6 oz. Medium Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for saute

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Broccoli and Brown Rice Casserole

  1. Pre-cook rice in rice cooker.

  2. Saute chopped onions, green peppers, and celery until lightly translucent. Season with cracked pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mix cooked rice, vegetables, sauce and soup in large bowl. Spread evenly in 9x13 baker. Top with shredded cheese. Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the outside of tenders in heated skillet. Place on top of rice mixture. Bake in 350 F oven for 45 min. Chicken should be cooked through and casserole bubbly around edges.
