Sauteed chicken breasts with white wine herb sauce. You can use vermouth, white wine, or even red wine.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Breasts with wine herb sauce

8 oz Vermouth
16 oz Chicken
3 serving California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rich
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
0.5 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
5 grams Tarragon
0.5 serving Better than Bouillion, Beef base
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken Breasts with wine herb sauce

Slice chicken breasts in half. Dredge in flour. Saute until golden and then flip. After they are cooked, remove from pan. Briefly sauté shallots, then add vermouth and reduce. Take pan off heat and swirl in butter and herbs.
