Yummy & great for a romantic dinner for two. Serve with some sort of greens like green beans, peas, spinach, etc. Mashed potatoes are great for another side & help use some of the sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Breasts in White Wine Mushroom Cream Sauce

1 lbs (raw) Chicken
1 1tsp Olive Oil
4/5 grams Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black
2 tsp Olive Oil
8 oz Mushrooms
2 fl oz Wine, Table, White
1/2 tsp Chicken Stock
1/2 cup half and half
2 tsp Corn Starch
2 clove Garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Breasts in White Wine Mushroom Cream Sauce

Heat oven to 350. Heat large pan over medium heat. Brush chicken with 1 tsp oil & rub in salt & pepper if using. Cook chicken on each side for about 1 minute or until golden on each side. Place chicken in baking tray & cook in oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. For sauce, add remaining oil, mushrooms, onions & garlic to pan & cook for about 2 minutes or until mushrooms are softened. Add stock & white wine. Simmer for 4 minutes. Mix corn start with a 1/2 cup or so of water. Add in along with the half & half. Cook, stirring for about 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Pour sauce over chicken.
