Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Breast and Veggies

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup of diced onions
1 cup of diced carrots
1 cup of diced green bell peppers
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chicken Breast and Veggies

In a large skillet add the chicken, salt and garlic, saute until lightly brown and juices run clear. Stir in the diced onions, green bell peppers, celery, and vinegar. Cover skillet; simmer chicken 30 minutes.
