Chicken Breast, Veggie & Rice Stir-Fry

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Breast Stir-Fry

1 cup white rice
1 cup corn, frozen
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 chicken breast
1 egg
1/4 cup raisins
1 tbsp. molasses (bead)
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Breast Stir-Fry

  1. Prepare rice as directed.

  2. Stir-fry chicken breast in 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add veggies and continue to stir-fry. Add molasses and soy sauce. Add about 2/3 of cooked rice and 2nd Tbsp. of olive oil and continue to stir-fry. Clear a space in center of pan, add egg and stir until cooked, then stir together with remaining ingredients.
