2 chicken breast
1 cup of salsa
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
3/4 cup of converted rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken breast with Salsa

  1. Préchauffer le four à 400°F (200°C).

  2. Mélanger ensemble la salsa, la cassonade et la moutarde de Dijon.

  3. Mettre les blancs de poulet dans un plat peu profond allant au four.

  4. Verser le mélange de salsa sur les blancs de poulet.

  5. Cuire au four préchauffé à 400°F (200°C), pendant 25 minutes.
