Oven-roasted chicken breast with skin

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Breast, roasted

1 chicken breast
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 slices lemon
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Breast, roasted

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Rub a 7 oz. chicken breast with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. olive oil.

  3. Roast for 40 minutes.

  4. Add 2 thin lemon slices and a thinly sliced garlic clove and roast 5 minutes more.

  5. Optional: add fresh basil and toss with chicken.

  6. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
