Recipe Ingredients for Chicken breast cutlets

1000 grams chicken breast
50 grams butter
200 grams bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken breast cutlets

  1. ground the chicken breast in the meat grinder

  2. add salt

  3. form large balls from the meat, putting small piece of butter inside each

  4. cover with one layer of breadcrumbs (optional)

  5. put into raw egg mixture (in a separate bowl)

  6. add onbe more layer of bread crumbs

  7. fry on medium-high heat for 2 minutes, turn over

  8. cover, and sautee on low heat for 15 minutes or until 150F inside
