Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Breast Cheese Filling

1 tablespoon Fresh Basil
1/2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Cherry Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Sour Cream
15 g Coarse Grain Mustard
1 tablespoon Heavy Cream

Recipe Directions for Chicken Breast Cheese Filling

  1. Insert a Knife into the center of a breast from one end, creating a pocket along it's length. Do not poke all the way through.

  2. Open the slit with your finger and stuff 1/6th of the mix into the breast.

  3. Repeat for remaining 5 breasts.

  4. Sear the breasts on high heat in a metal skillet on the stovetop, flipping once after a minute or so.

  5. After seared on two sides add 1 cup of white cooking wine and spinkle 1 tablespoon of minced garlic throughout. move the mixture to the oven and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and return to stovetop.

  7. Remove thw chicken and let it rest.

  8. To thw pan add 1/2 cup heavy cream and on medium heat deglaze the pan.

  9. Serve on pasta or rice.
