12 oz. chicken breast, meat only
350 grams fresh tomatoes
4 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp dehydrated onion
4 tbsp Italian seasoning
4 tbsp basil, dry
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Breast Basil Tomato

  1. Use pre-roasted Chicken breasts.

  2. Slice breast meat onto plate.

  3. Add seasonings and top with diced tomatoes.

  4. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
