Canned chicken in a light white sauce with diced green chilies added; combined with cooked bow-tie pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Bow-Tie Pasta

4 c. macaroni, cooked
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. non-fat milk
4 oz. diced green chilies, canned
12 oz. chicken breast, canned & drained

Recipe Directions for Chicken Bow-Tie Pasta

Cook pasta in 1 1/2 qts. boiling, salted water for 15 minutes. Make white sauce, melting butter in saucepan and adding flour, stirring until thickened. Add non-fat milk and stir until thickened. Add chilies and chicen to white sauce. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Heat through.
