Recipe Ingredients for chicken bouillon w/ dumpings

140 g chicken legs
1/2 oz parsnip
1/2 oz carrot
1 small red potato
1 oz onion
1 clove garlic
1 g Chicken Bouillon Cubes [152304] serving
1 tbsp,+crumbled bay leaves
5 cups water
2 large eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tspn olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken bouillon w/ dumpings

  1. place chicken, carrot, potato, carrot, parsnip, onion , garlic and cube and leaves in water ( bay leaves should be whole not crushed)

  2. boil until chicken and potato are thouroughly cooked.

  3. mix in a bowl the eggs and flour and oil

  4. with the bouillion boiling, drop spoonfuls of mixture into boiling water

  5. once mixture is gone and all dumplings are floating its ready to eat
