Recipe Ingredients for Chicken BLT Soup

48 fl oz Organic Free Range Chicken Low Sodium Broth
2 cup Onions
1 cup slices Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
8 clove Garlic
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
0.8 head Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine

Recipe Directions for Chicken BLT Soup

  1. chop onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Mince in food processor. Saute in pan until moisture evaporated.

  2. Add little white wine to deglaze the pan then broth and roasted chicken.

  3. When thoroughly heated, then add the tomatoes and lettuce.

  4. Once soup is fully heated, serve with crumbled bacon, croutons and parmesean cheese if desired.
