Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Black Beans

195 g boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup corn (frozen)
1 cup Black Beans
30 g Yellow Pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Black Beans

  1. Cut up chicken breast and fry in non-stick pan. Season with chili powder and cook until no longer pink.

  2. Add beans, corn, peppers, and some more chili powder

  3. Heat until flavors have melded...

  4. Top with nacho cheese, salsa and some low fat ranch dressing for a special treat. Or wrap in a whole wheat tortilla shell and brown in oven until crisp.
