1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tbs minced garlic
8 oz chicken breast
2 tsp grated ginger
3 tbs hoisin sauce
1 cup cooked brown rice

  1. Brown chicken

  2. add beans and garlic cook for two minutes

  3. add ginger and stir frequently for two minutes

  4. stir in hoisin sauce.

  5. serve over rice.
