Recipe Ingredients for chicken & black bean stuffed peppers

1 green bell pepper
1/4 cup diced zucchini
1/8 cup diced white onion
1/8 cup kernel corn
1/8 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup black beans
1/8 cup steamed brown rice
4 oz chicken breast, diced
1/8 cup chicken stock, home prepared

Recipe Directions for chicken & black bean stuffed peppers

mix all ingredients & stuff into green pepper. place top of pepper back atop stuffing mixture & bake at 350m for 15-20 min.
