Recipe Ingredients for Chicken in black bean sauce

1/2 grams olive oil, extra virgin
60 grams onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
150 grams chicken breast, sliced
98 grams black bean stir fry sauce, Sharwood's
33 grams red pepper, chopped
33 grams green pepper, chopped
33 grams yellow pepper, chopped
50 grams mushrooms, thinly sliced
60 grams carrots, sliced
50 grams mange tout
1 cup water
1 tsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken in black bean sauce

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in pan

  2. Add onions & garlic and cook until soft

  3. Add chicken and cook until sealed

  4. Stir in stir fry sauce

  5. Add water and stir until it starts to bubble

  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes

  7. Stir in vegetables, cover again and simmer for another 10 minutes

  8. Add soy sauce just before serving
