Recipe Ingredients for Chicken black bean chili

9.5 oz All-Natural Chicken Breast
14 oz Organics Organic Black Beans
24 fl oz Organic Free Range Chicken Low Sodium Broth
4 tsp Garlic Salt
1 large Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 serving Ground Cumin

Recipe Directions for Chicken black bean chili

  1. Dice up your chicken breast, and season with garlic salt.

  2. Dice up the garlic and onion, and heat up oil in your pot.

  3. Add the onions and sautee in the oil for about 5 mins. Add the chicken, and cook for 7-8 mins.

  4. Add in the garlic.

  5. Rinse the black beans, and add that to the pot with the following; cumin, chili powder, cayenne. I used a tsp of each.

  6. Give a good mix, then add in the diced green chili, and the chicken broth.

  7. With the lid open, wait for it to boil. Once it does, lower the heat to low, and put the lid on. Let it simmer for 20-30 mins.

  8. Give it a taste and if it's too spicy add in a 1/2 tsp of brown sugar. If it's too salty, add 1/2 cup of water, and let it boil for 5 mins.
