Delicious chicken and black bean burritos

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Black Bean Burritos

1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
18 oz chicken breasts
16 oz black beans
4 1/2 oz chopped mild green chilies
16 oz salsa

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Black Bean Burritos

  1. Cook the onion and garlic in the oil.

  2. When softened add the chicken and cook through.

  3. When the chicken is done add the beans, chilies, and salsa. Stir well and cook until the mixture thickens about 5 min.

  4. Serve in the tortilla. Serve with guacamole, cheese, an low-fat sour cream on the side.
