Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and biscuits

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.66 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1.75 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
8 oz Carrots
8 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Chicken and biscuits

Saute chopped onion in canola oil. When tender, add flour and stir to absorb all flour into oil. Add milk. Stir until creamy. Add chicken broth. Stir until bubbly... stir for 2 minutes, then add chicken, corn and carrots ( still frozen is ok for veggies). Reduce heat and stir occasionally as veggies heat through. Serve over warm biscuits.
