Recipe Directions for Chicken Biryani

  1. Marinate chicken in biryani masala and yoghurt and lime.

  2. In a pan add 1 tbs olive oil.

  3. Add cumin seeds and chopped onions.

  4. Add marinated chicken and cook until tender.

  5. In a separate pot boil the rice.

  6. Once rice is ready, add the chicken to the rice and keep it on low heat for a minute.
