Chicken Biryani , you need to add 1 envalop of Maggi Biryani mix

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Biryani

500 gram chicken breast, cubed
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 medium green pepper, sliced thin
1/4 medium red pepper, sliced thin
1 medium tomatoe, peeled and cubed
1 medium carrot, sliced thin
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup rice
3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Biryani

  1. heat oil in nonstick pan

  2. add onion and garlic, cook untill tender

  3. add the vegtables to the mix and cook for 5 min

  4. add chicken and cook for 2 min stir in the biryani mix

  5. add water then rice and stir till it boil

  6. cover for 20 min or till the rice is fully cooked
