Adapted from the Weight Watchers recipe for Chicken Biriani

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Biriani

8 oz Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 tsp Curry Powder
5 grams Pure Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Biriani

  1. Fry onion, garlic and ginger in oil.

  2. Fry chicken and add spices and rice.

  3. Add chicken stock and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
