Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and bell peppers stir fry

9 ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 large orange bell pepper, diced
1 medium white onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup red wine vinagrette dressing

Recipe Directions for Chicken and bell peppers stir fry

  1. heat one half tbsp olive oil over medium high heat

  2. place chicken in skillet, season with salt and pepper, and brown on both sides

  3. remove chicken and set aside

  4. add one half tbsp olive oil to skillet and reduce to medium heat

  5. add bell peppers and onions and cook for 5 minutes

  6. add garlic and cook for one minute

  7. add balsamic vinegar and chicken, reduce heat to low and cover skillet

  8. simmer for 20 minutes
