Chicken and Beef kebabs for barbecue

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Beef kebabs

300 grams chicken
300 grams extra lean beef
1 red bell pepper
2 medium onions
1 1/2 cup mushrooms
2 medium zucchinis
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp plum sauce
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Beef kebabs

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water while preparing ingredients

  2. Remove visible fat from chicken and beef

  3. Cut chicken and beef into 3 cm cubes

  4. Cut vegetables into 3 cm cubes

  5. Thread chicken with 1/2 vegetables onto skewers and marinade with soy sauce and turmeric

  6. Thread beef with remaining vegetables onto skewers and marinade in plum sauce

  7. Marinade for at least 1 hour (up to overnight)

  8. Brush oil onto barbecue grill and heat to high heat

  9. Add skewers to barbecue and reduce heat

  10. Cook for 5-10 minutes, turning once so each side cooks evenly

  11. Serve with salad
