Chicken, pinto beans, onions, brown rice, salsa, whole wheat flour tortilla, cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Beans, Rice Burrito

1 cup diced grilled chicken
2 cups brown rice
1 cup salsa
1 onion chopped
4 cups cheese
15 oz pinto beans

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Beans, Rice Burrito

  1. cook brown rice

  2. when rice is almost done, sautee onions. Add in pre-cooked grilled chicken chunks, salsa, rinsed pinto (or black) beans, salsa. Combine everything into one pot and mix together. Place spoonful on tortilla, cover with cheese, wrap and eat. Also good for freezing. Microwave for 2 minutes from frozen.
